COMMUNITY AND DIVERSITY

The workforce at CRF is distinctive; we seek to embrace and encourage those from divergent backgrounds to enhance the culture of the organisation. CRF employees come from all corners of the globe. From the windy moors of Scotland, to the war-ravaged territory of Sudan, to the cultural explosion of China, CRF employees all work closely together to contribute to the fabric of the company, a unique impression in a rural area nearly devoid of multiculturalism.  CRF were the winner of the national Diversity@Work award for inclusion and employment of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Australians (Medium size business).
