EMPLOYMENT

Our employees are a vital part of our supply chain.

We want ambitious people on our team, and there are many opportunities available for those who wish to work toward a career in management, quality assurance, training, maintenance or administration-based roles.

There is no limit to where you can take your career, as we put a great deal of resources into training and professional development.

In the process areas, employees are assigned to one of the three departments, the Process Floor, Further Processing, or Co-Products.

All new process operators start as a casual on Level One. CRF provides accredited TAFE training on-site in Certificates II and III in Meat Processing, which is at no cost to the employee (in fact, attendance is paid for) and is a qualification that is recognized across Australia. The key to advancing through the levels is training.

CRF also supplies all uniforms and equipment required for work, which includes knives and safety gear. Employees don't even have to do their own laundry, as a clean uniform is placed in their locker at the start of every shift.
