We are proud of our track record as a company that is responsive to our customers needs. CRF leads the area of research and development within our industry and strives to incorporate improvement into every aspect of our business. We are the first red meat processor in Australia to have a robot working on its process floor.
- Continuous learning is a part of our philosophy. Employees receive nationally-accredited training in meat processing and can also tap into other education programs designed to provide opportunities to develop both personally and professionally.
Innovation continues to be a buzz word at CRF thanks to
employees who are devising ways to improve the way we
work.
Since the launch of CRF's innovation
strategy in November 2005, employees have put forward 15
innovative ideas via idea generation sheets.
Employees have identified ways to make jobs easier in process
areas, improve occupational health and safety, save money,
reduce our impact on the environment, and improve the
appearance of the plant and to make CRF a more enjoyable
place to work.
